Since placing and restoring my first blade implant in 1984, I carried out conventional surgical flap techniques to place implants for nearly 20 years. However since 2003 I have delivered thousands of successful outcomes for patients with a non-surgical, flapless method, thanks to Single-Stage Solid Narrow-Diameter Dental Implants!
I have termed this technique "Keyhole Implant Dentistry".
This ability to perform Keyhole Implant Dentistry has vastly increased our ability to replace missing teeth with conservative treatments, even where minimal bone is present ...... with temporary teeth on the day of implant placement, followed just 2 weeks later with the permanent crown or bridge. There is no longer any need to delay completion for 4-6 months while waiting for osseointegration!
Implant placement is simple and they can be immediately loaded, knowing that 95% of cases have served successfully over a minimum period of 20 years.
